We reserve the right to disable any user account in our sole discretion, at any time for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms of Service.
The prices indicated on True Jewels are shown in Pound Sterling and include all taxes but do not include delivery. We only accept payments in Pound Sterling. The delivery costs are clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed. If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.
We will always endeavour to fulfil your order once completed and paid for. If a product should become unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will refund the price you paid for the product within 30 days following the date of payment. If your order includes products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products out first and will follow with the outstanding items once they are available again. We will refund the shipping fees for the rest of the order. If relevant, we will offer you a replacement for an unavailable product, a product of equal price and quality.
Please note that VAT is non-refundable.
True Jewels offers secure ways to pay for your order. Our payment options use advanced SSL encryption to keep your transaction secure and do not cost you anything to use so you will not pay any extra for your order.
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. The products bought on True Jewels will be delivered to one address in mainland UK or the Isle of Man. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands (Alderney, Guernsey, Jersey and Sark), or to PO Box addresses.
True Jewels does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.

True Jewels allows you 15 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice and a completed and signed returns coupon.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.).
We accept refunds or exchanges of pierced items provided they are returned in their original (unopened) packaging. If you would like to return your pierced items please ensure the plastic bag containing your order remains sealed. If the items have been removed from the bag or if the bag has been tampered with, we cannot refund or exchange the item due to hygiene reasons.
If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them.

Please be advised that we will only debit your payment card account when your order has been dispatched. If you have placed an order online and you receive a call or an email stating that a product(s) are out of stock or any other reason which would result in the order being cancelled no payment will be taken.
Any funds that were pre-authorised when placing an order and not debited due to cancellation, instruction made by customer to cancel product(s) customer will normally be returned back to your account within no more than 10 days. Pre-authorised funds are usually released by the card issuer or bank within 3-5 working days.
If you have placed an order using a gift or an insurance card and a product or order has been cancelled we will arrange for the funds to be returned back to the applicable gift/insurance card that was used to place the order. Please retain your gift/insurance card once you have placed your order. Funds are normally returned back to gift and insurance cards within 48 hours.
We will send you a Despatch Email as soon as your goods has been despatched. Goods are despatched within 7 working days of placing of placing your order.
We will make every effort to deliver your goods in accordance with the timescales indicated in our Delivery Options page. We will not be liable for delays in delivering your goods where such delay is due to reasons outside of our control.
Please note that you will need someone to sign and accept ALL deliveries.
Our Website only shows goods available for purchase in the UK (including Northern Ireland). We are unfortunately unable to despatch goods to addresses outside the UK or in the Channel Islands.
